After purchasing the StartAR Smartbooks, you need to download the free StartAR app on your smartphone. Every book contains a unique activation code in the form of a QR. Upon successfully downloading the app, you need to register yourself. Tap on the book icon in the app and select the respective books that you have. Scan the QR code, and the book gets activated. Place the book on a flat surface in good lighting condition so that the app can recognize the graphics from the book. Cheers, you’ll see the magic on the screen.

StartAR is compatible with most modern smartphones. However, for optimal performance, we recommend using a smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM and 300 MB of free storage space. Currently, the StartAR app is only available for Android devices, but we will be releasing an iOS version soon.
