Thank you for visiting and shopping at StartAR. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 999, within India. For all orders below INR 999, we charge an additional delivery charge of just Rs 99

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can mail us your order no. and registered email ID using which you placed your order or call us on +917835851116. Our customer care executives will revert  you on your order status. 

Please note we are available Mon-Fri from 10am to 6pm (except on Public holidays)

Damages

Startar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
